About
I defended my dissertation in French Literature, titled “The Ethics and Politics of Demonic Possession in Medieval French Drama,” at Johns Hopkins University in September 2011.
My project lies at the intersection of medieval literature, intellectual and religious history, and performance studies. I focus on the connections between fifteenth and early-sixteenth century French drama and the notion of demonic possession.
This Spring semester at Hopkins, I'll be teaching a survey class in modern French and Francophone literature.
