About
I am eswar prasad, presently working as a post doctoral researcher in the department of Mechanical Engineering, The Johns Hopkins University with Prof K.T. Ramesh. My research interests falls broadly into mechanical behavior of materials. Specific interest include in understanding the plastic defromation of metallic glasses and BCC metals and dynamic failure mechanisms of ceramics. During my PhD I also worked on understanding the indentation behavior of polymer nano-composites reinforced with nanocarbons.
