About
I am currently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Johns Hopkins, and recently defended my dissertation at Northwestern University. My dissertation focused on constructivism, both as an historical interpretation of Kant's ethics and as an independent approach to moral theory. Before arriving at Northwestern, I received my M.A. at Villanova and my B.A. at Penn State.
I am currently teaching Philosophy of Love, Sex and Friendship and Philosophy of Race and Gender. When not doing or teaching philosophy - which is pretty much never nowadays! - I like to watch baseball games, play with my cats, and cook.
