Troy Tower is a first-year PhD student in Italian Literature. He is especially interested in the intersections of geography, authorship, and textual representation which dot the forests of Early Modern narrative poetry, and much else besides. The first complete critical edition of the great Renaissance poet Gaspara Stampa’s Rime, which he co-edited, is forthcoming from University of Chicago Press. He will be a DJ one day.
